How does it work?
At Pacific Dealership Services we recruit fresh talent from multiple customer service and sales industries to join your dealership’s sales team! We strive to deliver the most outgoing, motivated candidates to become your new top sales performers. Our sales associates will have a strong focus on client development via social media, business-to-business relationships, and dealership referral programs; including (but not limited to) your dealership’s service drive. In addition to client development, our associates will master follow-up skills, proper management interaction, and unprecedented CSI.
To begin the process, our Advertising Director will consult with your dealership to highlight the elements that set your facility apart. We strategically place eye-catching, professional advertisements on multiple job boards to generate a high turn-out with the best quality applicants for the position.
To begin the week of recruiting and training, one of our Expert Sales Trainers will join you at your dealership. Your managers are more than welcome to observe our training methods and strategies. The Trainer will interview, screen, and train the new candidates on-site to begin their exciting new career in automotive sales. We only select the highest-quality candidates to ensure long-term retention, high performance, and top CSI.
At the end of the week, you interview the candidates, and select the ones that best fit the needs of your store.
